Help: Scrape item but it yields two entry in one item

Hi Fellow Ubot experts,

 

Please assist me. I am trying to scrape the Name value, Address value etc from the below HTML. There is no attribute that contains these values:

I tried with $page scrape something like Text on Left Side <Strong>NAME:</strong>, then Text On Right Side <br> to scrape "The Birdcage" but it yields duplicated entry into one item as per below attached picture.

 

Please advise the solution...

(?<=NAME\:\<\/strong\>).*?(?=\<br\>)

(?<=ADDRESS\:\<\/strong\>\ ).*?(?=\<br\>)
