How can I capture and reuse variables set in different bots?

I'm sorry up front for the confusing question.

 

I'm trying to create a bot that allows me to set up variables in a Masterbot and then use them in subsequent include operations. For example, the 001 - Main.ubot file sets one variable. It then includes the 001 - Sub.ubot where 2 additional variables are set. I want to be able to capture those two additional variables and then use them in other ubot files with subs so I don't have to constantly re-generate the variables for each sub that needs them.

 

I also don't want to include all of the subs in a single bot as there are no good debugging tools right now and it gets unbelievably confusing and convoluted trying to keep track of all of them and which ones are failing.

 

Any ideas, or do I have to grin and bear it and use a single bot with lots of tabs and subs?
