ukscotth 1 Posted August 4, 2010 Report Share Posted August 4, 2010 Hi, Before I started using ubot I was using a different peice of automation software and they had a skype chatroom where all the users could go and get help from eachother. I basically learnt everything I knew about the software from that chatroom. Whenever I had a problem or couldnt work out how to do something I would go in the chat and get answers pretty much straight away, sometimes from admins and sometimes from other users. My suggestion is maybe have a chatroom where ubot users could discuss there issues and share techniques etc. Quote Link to post Share on other sites

I like the forum setting though, because people have a chance to think about their problem a little longer before and after they post their problem. It also give others a chance to take a look at their problem without feeling rushed to find a solution. Not all problems will have solutions right on the spot. But a chat room would be an interesting add on and a much faster way to problem solve simple issues that might come up. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
