panoz 1
Here's a portion of the bot attached, I'm trying to create accounts and subscribe to each identi.ca user profile from a list. Ubot is able to navigate to each user profile but it's not able to click the "subscribe" button all the time. But when I type these profile links into ubot and navigate to it manually and tell ubot to just choose the button attribute and click it, it works all the time. So, I think the problem is with navigating to the user profile, but I don't know how to fix it. I put in all kinds of delay/wait finish/no wait finish etc. and it's still not working correct. Here's a profile you can use to test with, any help is appreciated, thanks:account:abruptphysicianpassword:GPCMCAQNTZ Profile to subscribe to:http://identi.ca/whatisk2herbhttp://identi.ca/bugabundohttp://identi.ca/tdfischerhttp://identi.ca/thepiratenationhttp://identi.ca/academietoulousehttp://identi.ca/thevarguyhttp://identi.ca/binyaminhttp://identi.ca/colindeanhttp://identi.ca/stephtarahttp://identi.ca/statikhttp://identi.ca/acidhttp://identi.ca/rysiekhttp://identi.ca/jasonriedyhttp://identi.ca/holonehttp://identi.ca/jcasmanhttp://identi.ca/hughbrishttp://identi.ca/carocrhttp://identi.ca/blauzahlhttp://identi.ca/bsibaudhttp://identi.ca/bookovenhttp://identi.ca/sydphphttp://identi.ca/splitbrainhttp://identi.ca/bikegamerhttp://identi.ca/bigouhttp://identi.ca/basilgoharhttp://identi.ca/singpolymahttp://identi.ca/blizzardhttp://identi.ca/jacobhttp://identi.ca/jamesmhttp://identi.ca/saperduperhttp://identi.ca/shocmhttp://identi.ca/tag/xkcdhttp://identi.ca/jaakkohttp://identi.ca/hugokernelhttp://identi.ca/adikamdarhttp://identi.ca/rdworthhttp://identi.ca/jesschttp://identi.ca/redbrainhttp://identi.ca/renatahttp://identi.ca/hypatiadotcahttp://identi.ca/hugoroyhttp://identi.ca/settings/profilehttp://identi.ca/rkjhttp://identi.ca/rentingtimehttp://identi.ca/hezyidenti.ca test bot.ubot
Dangazzm 0
Ok, I got it to work... as much as I think you wanted it to, problem being that I don't know wtf is going on really lol. I don't use that site. But anyways, I changed the location of the file that you are using for the list of account, so that it will work on anyones computer. If you use the systems constants you can find the location for everyones documents folder then save the .txt file there (which I changed so feel free to change it back) I noticed the problem was with the wait finish, it never seemed to want to finish for some reason, so I changed to 5 second delay and changed how it finds the subscribe button. Another issue I found was if you already subscribed to them, it spits out an error so I added a If statement to find Subscribe and if it does then to subscribe to them. I think it all works just fine from what I did at least I am new too, so I might have done something wrong... but like I said it worked for me!identi.ca test bot.ubot
panoz 1
Cool thanks, it works now but I'm running into an error running this on a Winxp virtual machine. You probably notice this before when I have a "thread" running to click the "OK" button for a pop up. The pop up is throwing the whole loop up. I've attached a photo and also reported into bug. This is the latest version. It was running fine on my vista 64bit laptop, weird. Ok, I got it to work... as much as I think you wanted it to, problem being that I don't know wtf is going on really lol. I don't use that site.
