If there is already an 'External links' heading, it will put the link underneath there. If it doesn't exist, it will create an 'External links' heading for the article. The format for the .csv file is as follows:Article_name,http://www.link.com/to/check.html,Link Text Article2,http://www.google.com,Link Text ...
