Ubot Troubleshooting

Hi everyone! This is my first post here! 

 

Unfortunately, I came across a problem when starting up my UBot. I can't seem to drag and drop any of the elements to the command list and then my UBot Studio crashes after. 

 

Do you think you can help? 

 

I have UBot 5.9.50.

It sounds like maybe you are trying to drag things from the browser into the scripting area (where it says "drag commands here")?

 

If that is the case I would try using the command first (click, type text, etc) and then clicking on the green brackets < > to select the element - this way usually works a lot better IMO.

I understand that it can work like that, but I really want to use this feature.

 

The fact that I am from the brink of crashing my UBot sort of makes me feel uneasy too...

 

I read somewhere that someone just downloaded an earlier version of UBot, can I just do that instead?

Also, how come I'm not getting premium support? I've been trying to message you guys through Facebook, calling your phone lines, emailing support, sending ticket information...

 

I need a solution from you guys.
