How To Store A Table Cell In A Variable?

I want to store a table cell in a variable. 

 

Let me explain further...

 

I have a simple table with 3 column and 1 row

 

If the table cell (A1) matches a variable (if true) then store the value of cell (A3) in a another variable

 

How can I code this?
