Yeah go for it As others have said, code signing is best done by individuals. It just takes one person to release a sketchy Ubot for the signature to be blacklisted by AVs. -meter

Actually, looking at License.dll, you might be able to detect when it tries to access a http:// URL in HttpClasses.HttpGet, and then change the URL to https:// -meter

Hey Frank, This is a big problem that has been problematic for years. Sadly there is not much I can do about it beyond recommending you sign License.dll with a certificate you buy. Sadly those certificates are sold by the antivirus companies, and cost $1000+ / year.... -meter

Ubotlocker uses the php mail() function to send out emails. Not sure what wordpress uses, or why there would be a difference. -meter
