I see that a lot of you more experienced UBOT users are using SOCKS proxies instead of HTTP proxies. Obviously there are particular advantages of using Private SOCKS proxies over Private HTTP proxies with your bots. Can anyone elaborate on the benefits or why (outside of a wiki page definition?)

I was able to get it working using the second set of code and the instructions.. Took about 15 min though. Thank you.

I'm having a wierd issue trying to creating a d w o r d s accounts. Everything works up until the point where the "Create Account" button is clicked. It just "stalls out". I manually push it again and get password and validation errors. Tried private proxies, no proxies, all different user agents, windows xp&7. Flash is up to date. Works fine outside of ubot. Anyone come across this issue?

All of the proxies you listed above are timing out. None of them are working. If these are public proxies then that is your issue. If these are shared/Private, then check with your provider to make sure you are accessing them properly.

When I originally found this post, I was using the standard version. I found it again two days ago and I have been at it for the last 48 hour. This will explode your bot making.

When you generate the code, you can intuitively learn how the UI-HTML works.

I PM'ed UBotBuddy to see if he could repost the UI HTML PDF reference he created last year. Addamory gave credit to him as a resource for this bot.

Thank you so much guys, I didn’t realize you could do that with Ubot. This coding must be custom to some type of Ubot only JS. I wish there was a lists of these little internal customs snippets, methods or whatever they are. The “fillwith†and “variable†alone are game changers.

I’ve been looking at several bots made for youlikehits and SocialClerks.
How do you guys make the check mark graphic (or any graphic) appear in the HTML UI after an account is tested or verified. (i.e. looking for code samples of how to make the graphics appear in real-time/on demand.)

Does anyone know the work around for the twitter API hourly rate limits? They say its IP based but the limits never reset when proxies are used. I’ve tried elite and private proxies, even after clearing all cookies and flash. The only thing that appears to work is resetting my router, which dynamically assigns a new IP.
I’ve scrubbed the web for answers to no avail. How were these companies like T w e e t a t t a c k s and t w e e t a d d e r doing it?

One question though...
I noticed in your program that you created a command call “Start Up†but I never saw it called in code view. Is there some type of initialization feature in DEV that is not available in PRO?
Studying the code, I think I'm missing something....

I’ve noticed that a lot of you guys are using the run JavaScript function to write to elements with your bots. Is there a benefit to this as opposed to using UBot’s integrated selector function?

People usually respond pretty quickly in this forum so it was kinda wierd that the post had no replies after a day or so. So today I bought access to some SOCKS4 proxies.
