My web-based software manages an inventory of used property such as office furniture, computers, vehicles, laboratory equipment, and many more such categories. I need a bot built that when invoked will capture the average selling price of specific categories on eBay and Craigslist. This will necessitate capturing instances of the selected category and downloading it to an CSV/Excel file where the average selling price of the selected category can be programmatically calculated. Alternatively, the Excel file can be imported into a database where the average calculation can take place. Ideally, the bot will be a script file or executable that can be invoked from within my web-based application, and the resulting average price will be inserted into a text box on the application’s inventory details screen.
