Project description:

I need for someone to create a bot that will essentially scan a particular website and alert me through email and text when a particular dining reservation time comes open.  I do not need this bot to log in and book the reservation, just the alert that it is there.  I am including a link below as to what I am looking for or something similar.  I do not know a budget for this project as I am not sure how much something like this would cost.  Thank you.
