I need a manual describing each of the steps I need to follow to enable sci-py and all dependencies so that it is available for me to use as part of the ubot studio developer incense.

I also need the manual to cover the topic of compiling the developed product to the point where I create a single install file.

The manual should be done in such a way that it does not compel me to purchase a plugin to enable the install or use of sci-py and all dependencies.

The installation process must work even if I have python 3.5 Anaconda installed.

The manual must have screen dumps as an idiots guide on each step to take as well as how to set the relevant path statements.
