    2) Create an Ad Account

    3) Enter the following information:

    3a) Location: People who live in this location

    3b) Variable City, ST

    3c) Variable Radius

    3d) Variable Age Min & max

    3e) Variable Demographic:Education Level

    4) Scrape “Potential Reach”
