TheBigWeb 40 Posted February 28, 2014 Report Share Posted February 28, 2014 Hi guys, Does anyone know the most reliable way to open the default browser such as IE, Chrome or Firefox from with the UBot browser? For example, if someone were to click on a link or banner it would open IE instead of the internal browser. Many thanks in advance! Quote Link to post Share on other sites
darryl561 177 Posted February 28, 2014 Report Share Posted February 28, 2014 Give this a try: load html("<button onclick=\"ubot.runScript(\'default browser()\')\">In Default Browser</button>") define default browser { shell("cmd.exe /c start http://bing.com") } Quote Link to post Share on other sites
darryl561 177 Posted February 28, 2014 Report Share Posted February 28, 2014 Or this load html("<a href=\"\" onclick=\"ubot.runScript(\'default browser()\')\">Go Now</a>") define default browser { shell("cmd.exe /c start http://bing.com") } 1 Quote Link to post Share on other sites

incept 1 Posted December 3, 2019 Report Share Posted December 3, 2019 The shell command seems to have stopped working. Is anyone still using this method to open a browser? Quote Link to post Share on other sites
UBotBuddy 331 Posted December 5, 2019 Report Share Posted December 5, 2019 There is an issue with the Shell command in our Tracker. Hopefully, it will get resolved soon. Buddy Quote Link to post Share on other sites
