  1. I have been tasked with creating a case when ever an email is received to our support@domainname.com address. I have created a workflow that is built in to MS dynamic CRM that actually creates a case when ever a message is received. The subject line of the email is the title of the case, however as a lmitation of Microsoft the form assistant does not allow me to use a macro to insert the body of email and is not supported by Microsoft Dynamics Online. My goal is to copy the description portion of the email and add it to the description field of the case in dynamics crm online. In ubot I have

Im green to this product and sort of have the basics of writing and editing code, I am a sysadmin trying to automate a few repeatative task in are Dynamics CRM online.   3. I am trying to create a bot that can log into my dymanics crm online, open a case, and input the body of the email that corresponds to the case. To give an accurate description of how it works. I have a workflow created in the crm that converts an email to case. The case is created and the tiltle of the case is the subject line of the email. I know a little bit of logic. But I can wrap my head around how I can get ubot to look at each case and then open up the email and copy over the body of the email to the corresponding case.
