I was thinking about starting a bot that can create accounts on multiple sites and post. For instance register at Vbulletin Forums and then create a profile. The problem I am thinking there could be is that the number of fields could always be different. No so much with forums but with other things. I purchased Link Farm Evolution for instance, and in the blog creation field it says unrecognized field attempting to fill it. A lot of times it has success. Hi Aaron, Great share, I was just on to make this one next. I just created a bot today to go through and create a bunch of BLOGS on a site that I host that has wp-mu and make various configuration changes IE delete first post, configure plugins, change theme etc. It worked on the first try so I thought I am getting the hang of it so this was the next bot I was going to work on... now I can move on to my other projects! That is odd, I just tested again and that works for me. Usually the only reason it does it is because it automatically assumes that CSV input with all numbers is a number. If you get it to understand that the field is text prior to it actually loading the file it should not default to scientific notation. One thing you may not be doing... Rename file to extension DAT. Go to excel File>Open file.dat First window comes up make sure Delimited radio button is checked. Click Next Uncheck the TAB box Click the Comma Box This will divide the fields up in the Data Preview Window Click Next No

Hi Aaron, There is no way to stop Excel from doing this on a CSV, BUT there is a workaround. Change the extension of the file to .dat and then open with excel. Open the .dat file in Excel and it will then ask you how to import the data. Click Next, check only the comma box click next, click text radio button, click finish. There you go your whole number in a box without scientific notation. Hope that helps! B

Well the speed on this one isn't what I prefer, but since you have to do everything in a browser I think it is the best workaround. I didn't want a script that would switch datacenters and possibly switch to one that didn't work, I am all about error proofing. Glad you can use it!

The ones that are valid are added to a list called $validdcs You should be able to call this script before you do a bunch
