Any other thoughts? I tried to open that website with different user agents and some other options, but it's always same error. Could you try to navigate ubot to seoclerks [dot] com and see if it work at your end? I am not sure what is blocking ubot to open that website.

Actually Code Docta was right, after i changed advanced settings to "Don't delete" everything is fine bugger me i totally forgot about it. Thanks Docta
