Good evening.

I need a bot to manage the domain registration and hosting hire of a big number sites.
The domain registration should be done in a round robin fashion (one domain each) in 3 registrars I’ll provide.
The web hosting should be hired in a similar fashion, using 3 companies.
None of them support an API, so the bot should work as a web browser, be able to complete a captcha (you can use deathbycaptcha.com for this, it’s trivial with their API).
I think Ubot is ideal for this project. I have a license for it and did a part and works great.

The process would go like this:

1) It will be using a server as a proxy, which rotates the IP every X minutes. In order to use it, it should check the IP addres using a service li whatsmyipaddress.com and when it’s changed, proceed

2) Given a CSV file with names, e-mail addresses and other data, it should create an account at the hosting and the domain registrar. It should be able to confirm the e-mail address, if necessary. E-mail providers are yahoo and hotmail.

3) After having done this, it should pay on both for the domain and hosting. The payment method is going to be managed by a module I have written already. You’ll  just send the address and amount and my library will do it

4) Wait for the hosting service to be activated and configure the name servers on the registrar

5) Upload the site when the DNS has propagated using FTP or SFTP. It’s a simple folder sync, I’ve a script for this

It should have a simple GUI that will:

– Notify the user what it’s doing and be able to be paused, stopped and started
– Check if the whois information is correct and notify close to expiration (should be able to renew the domain)
– Should be able to be instructed to manually chose one of the 3 hostings for a site already registered and modify DNS and upload the site
– Check if the site is visible, by looking for certain strings in the site’s text

It’s quite a complex project, please only bid if you are sure you can do it and in less than 2 weeks.
