Currently I'm trying to upload an image. I get to the 'Upload this file'. Since I cannot just enter the text in the input box i have ubot click chosen (browse button). I then get a the windows pop up dialog box. I then tell it to set dialog text but nothing happens. It just stays paused on the click chosen button. I don't want to upload this bot for various reasons, but I was reading on the forums problems of this in the past, however I have yet to see a way to get around this issue. I would scrape the URL. . . that is normally what i do . i select what i'm looking for by attribute, then I copy that to add to a list. Just I can't find a way to do it when its not a url. In the example i'm using i have no problem copying from a place like bit.ly, but places like snipr and tinyurl, they don't offer a direct link. The give you a txt version of the url, and sometimes have a button you can click to activate the link, but that url is some kinda of internal php redirect or something. I'll do anything to get workarounds on this. I just want to create a bot that uses around

Thanks for throwing that together for me kreatus. .nice work, unfortunately it seems that my standard devloper license doesn't have these options . . 'Sorry but your license doesn't allow for this command' If anyone can think of a different way than just clipboarding it maybe that would work as well. Just think of how else that link (which is not a link but just a txt that says http://whateverurl.com) can be copied and send to a list. Already i can get some of the URL shorteners to work, but most have this tinyurl setup . .and i'd like to solve it for future reference as well.

'I am thinking those four nodes are a part of the Pro license. That is how I do a Copy & Paste with the bot.' I run off a standard license. I don't have an 'input commands' option, unless its in a part i'm not aware of or i'm missing something. I don't personally want to copy the url . . i want the bot to do it. It needs to get to a page.. . highlight an item, and copy to clipboard. . then paste what is on a clipboard to a list it is building.

For some odd reason i've never had to do this before. . but i do right now. I'm using url shorteners, and cant get the data off the page. and example would be tinyurl.com. I go there . .input my link. . get the shortened link. .but can't figure out how to add the link to a list. Is there a way to copy/paste into the computer clipboard? I just want to take that link and copy it into a list i'm building. I'm sure I've missed some very basic thing to do this. . but i just can't seem to find the answer.

double that . . . chrome runs like a bullet comparatively. I think speed would pick up with the use of chrome rather than IE.

I am wondering how ubot masters handle offline events. For example I want to download a bunch of things in sequence. I program the bot to click on link and download something, then a javascript box pops up which is handled with click dialogue button. .BUT then pops up my desktop box which wants a location to save in . . How can you handle that event without bringing in another system like macros or something. Is that possible on ubot?

Yeah no worries i'm a man of direct problem sovling and after i tried it for 30 min with no luck. .i switched what i did and scraped all data in a different way (copied all links, and coorelated the data properly to suit). I did it by hand . .blat. . but 3 hours spend to get it done beat 3 hours trying to figure out why the heck it wasn't clicking that button. . . If someone does figure it out post it here cause maybe someone may come across a similar problem with a similar site in the future. . but as for me . . data was scraped so case solved.
