  2. Depends on what you want the bot to do, I guess. i run mine on a small Windows XP netbook I got for about $120. It just stays on and runs all day for what I need it to.
  3. I use Chrome or nothing as the user agent and my ads get posted every time. How many ads are you posting per day? C L just recently changed their post form layout and attributes. Not sure if that could be a reason, but I had to update my bots to get my ads to post again.
  4. That could be the reason your ads are getting ghosted. CL is recording that you are logging in with different browsers each time a new ad is posted, thus it may think you are trying to trick it. You need consistency with little changes or CL will question WTF. I mean, who uses 3 different browsers to post to CL daily...or just regular usage for that matter. I use a single laptop and just Chrome as the user agent and have no issues. I also only post a new ad every 8 - 9 hours. More than that and your ads will get blocked.
  5. I actually built a bot to track the # of people in the WSO forum to find out that exact thing. I looped it every 5 minutes and all it did was copy the number using REGEX in (xxxx Viewing) next to the WSO forum and dumped each number into an Excel spreadsheet so I could graph it. I ran it for a week. I honestly think it depends on a few things (economy, pre-launch, time of year), but I found that Tuesdays and Wednesdays between 10am - 2pm PST were the most popular in terms of visitors in the WSO forum at that time (according to the visitor count).   8. Just wanted to say thanks, Kevin. I was struggling with a bot creating a list of data scraped from a website. What I forgot to set was the "Don't delete duplicates" option, which I discovered from your post. You have no idea how much that helped me!
  9. I launched a WSO today over at WF for a bot I've been using for several months and it has sold 17 copies since this morning. I was hoping for more, but it's certainly a nice payday today!   13. I haven't sold a bot to the general public, yet, but I'm thinking about it. The bots I've sold have been directly to my current clients by showing them the bots I had already created and how they were working automatically for me. I showed them how a simple bot could save them an hour per week and automate something they dreaded, so it was an easy sell.
