Any mediawiki site will do http://wikiindex.org/Category:MediaWiki Willing to sell the source so I can modify it? Please PM me. That is no longer available.

I need the EXACT same bot. I've been on the fence about trying to develop it myself or just paying for someone to develop the source so I can customize it. If you'd be interested in going in on this to cost share I too would be interested if the price is right.

Seth, to add a little twist to that. I've created a bot that sends a daily email report as a service. At the bottom of the email report, I display some ad text that the bot pulls from my server whenever it's run. Nice way to send updated offers every day.

Actually no, there are actual Chat groups on Skype. We're not talking about ad-hoc one on one chats. You have to give your Skype ID to a member of the group and have them invite/add you. @SweTech is Praney Behl in this chat group? Because it sounds like from previous posts in this thread that you guys were working on two different groups. He was accepting names to invite to a group and so were you.

Any list or table starts with 0. Psychotix, if you right click on a node and select Copy, you can paste it as code here in the forum as well.

Nice idea! Could even have the bot check a file on your server on start up and see what the latest fb profile you want it to check is.

So I'm building a neat little bot that provides a service I see a lot of people charging for and I plan to give it away for free. However, I'd like to be able to monetize it by delivering offers to its users. Aaron Nimmocks mentioned a great idea a while back that basically involved setting the bot's finished page to a page on his site that he displayed offers on. Brilliant, but it got me thinking (and wondering) if there are other ways to monetize a free bot that some of you geniuses are employing that I haven't even thought of!

i meant I can't even open the file to see what's going on because it's not compatible with version 4.

Worked like a charm. Thanks you very much!

OK I'm creating a script and everything is working great until I hit this field on this page http://www.namecheap.com/domains/domain-name-search/bulk-domain-search.aspx It's the Enter 50 domains to search textbox. I have a UI block text that I have 50 lines pasted into. When I hit run everything works but the actual filling of that text block. Now here's the funny part... when I right click and run the node on its own it works (just takes about 1 to 2 seconds). It's like ubot is going too fast when it hits that command when running the script as a whole. Any idea what I'm doing wrong

ubot 4 version of this perhaps?

What would be the best way to automate submissions to this list? The obvious obstacles being: - Different software running on them all so we'd have to go through all 800+ and create submission scripts for each one? Or at least categorize them by software. - Remove all the paid ones and figure a way to generate auto reciprocal links for the ones that require it. (not too hard) Thoughts? -
Psychotix, Standard versions CAN paste code into their scripts. You just can't export it or have a code view. 1) Copy the above code to your clipboard 2) Right click on the Drag Comments Here box in your script 3) Click Paste.

An easier way to do what you're saying (especially if they're going to have to load your website) would be to assign the user a unique license key and password. Then... when the user launches the bot it goes to your website and they log in with their password where you log their IP. If you see the account logging in from multiple IPs on multiple ISPs flag or disable the account. If the login is normal the software scrapes their license key from their "logged in" page and let's the bot continue. Since the software is effectively useless without an account you've protected your bot
