Recommended Posts

I am trying to bot an andriod app using Chrome ARC WELDER... basically i will open the app using the ARC WELDER and automate it using majorly the windows command on ubot..I got it to work yesterday everything was fine but when i opened and run the bot on ubot studio environment today ....

it will not be working properly especially the commands (Click mouse, Type text etc will not be working on the app as it used to)...If i change the coordinates to click on a random folder in my windows...it works perfectly but on the App opened with Arc Welder ...it will not work.

So let me get this straight.

You are trying to control a Windows app using Ubot Studio.  Is that correct?

If that is the case, then there are some things you need to factor in.

1. Screen Resolution.  It needs to be set and it should never change when you are

running that particular bot.

2. Be careful with multiple monitors.

3. When an app starts up it is rare that it will startup in the exact coordinate that

you want it to.  Full screen mode is the best in that case.

4. When setting up the UBot command.  Make sure that the Parent Window is

not random text or code.  If you see that changing from day to day then you

will need to set that up before every execution.

I hope that helps.

My bot requires clicking the mouse in a precise location

Depending on your project's budget , this may or may not be the answer your looking for.

- this plugin supports image recognition for mouse clicks.

He also has a demo video showcasing that feature.

Should do the trick.. try messaging the creator or posting in the sales thread.
