HelloInsomnia 1103
I was running some tests recently and started to time the wait command. As it turns out (in the current Ubot version at least) if you wait for 0.1 you will really wait for 0.2. Not a huge deal but if your program does some simple tasks very quickly then over time this can really add up. If you wait for 0.0x (so 0.01-0.09) then it will really wait for 0.1 Also, if you wait for 0 it will really wait for 0.1 - but who knows what this will do in the future. In doing this there is no noticeable difference on system resources from my tests and I sped up a very simple bot for testing at least by several minutes. This also works fine for waiting after opening a thread and can be used with threading and next list item without getting any errors.
