jason 101 Posted August 6, 2016 Report Share Posted August 6, 2016 Sometimes, releasing a new version of UBot Studio causes a big rush of folks to download the software. If you are trying to connect to the license server at the same time, there can very occasionally be connection issues. This would only affect someone who happens to be opening their software in this window, and it should be resolved within 10-15 minutes. Due to multiple updates in the past few weeks, it looks like a few customers experienced this. Please know that we strive for 99% uptime but sometimes our excited customers do overwhelm us !
