Socket Buddy - Transform Ubot Code Into Socket Code

Transform Ubot Code Into Socket Code!

Socket Buddy will read your Ubot code and then transform it into socket ready code. It will make all the necessary changes and reverse engineer your code and make changes to accommodate all the little nuances that you need to account for when working with sockets and xpath. This is for scraping, not posting. Please watch the video above.

  • Transforms scrape attributes into Xpath parser ready code
  • Supports “Set User Agent”
  • Supports proxies (including credentials)
  • Supports Exists (if element exists & loop while exists)
  • Supports pagination clicks (click to go to next page)
  • Set scrape attribute
  • Add list to list scrape attribute
  • All common element attributes (id, class, innertext, tagname and so on)
  • Trim outputs
  • Keep variable & list scope
  • Ability to change scope for the extra code generated by Socket Buddy

In the advanced element editor inside of Ubot. Socket Buddy will work with the common element attributes but cannot do: before, after, innerhtml, outerhtml – as these are not compatible with Xpath (so they can’t be done anyways). Also when using scrape attribute the wildcard and regex parts are not currently supported.

This is a compiled program but you must have the HTTP Post Plugin (Paid) in order to use the output code.

My Guarantee To You

I want you to be happy with the product and if for some reason you are not satisfied with the product at any time I’ll give you a credit to IM Autobots for the amount of your purchase. No strings attached.

Grabbing it now Nick..... Will you do an upgrade for it?...... Make it so that I can revert the code back to normal ubot code.

Here's why.... I'm building it visually in ubot, then its being converted to socket code.... So now, when i need to work on my code more, and im not real familaier with socket code, if i could revert it back to ubot code, i could make my changes, and then take it back to socket again for the final product.

I just picked this up! Good job Nick! Can you add an icon for the software so I know what it is in the taskbar?

Yes, great idea thank you :)

Hmm this is interesting, if people come in here and agree that they will use it then I can add it. Its a good amount of work if it were remotely easy I'd add it just for you but since it will take a few days of work I'll have to see if others will use it too if that makes sense.

Now im going to have to build a PM spambot to get all ubot members to come over here and twist Nick's arm for this upgrade!

For clarification for new guys - No. I'm not. That would be digital suicide, so never even entertain those sorts of silly thoughts!

I also agree that this would be very useful for someone is who not familiar with socket commands.   This is something that I would definitely use if it was added to the software.
