Ui Html Window Shell Command?

Is there a known shell command to open a ui html window?

 

I recently seen someone posting this same question but written differently, and I pointed him toward pash's plugin - but - since then it has had me thinking that surely there must be a way to "auto-click" that menu item without having to use a plugin or windows keystroke commands.

 

I'm also trying to find a way to achieve the same thing using python, but decided to post this in case some of our ubot heavy hitters know some secret mojo to do this.

but I would imagine you cannot possibly do that with a shell command,its what I hate about windows,lack of Intents like Android has

I'm also trying to achieve the same as 'Brutal', is there really noone who with a solution for this? Honestly I don't really understand why it's not considered a basic function by our Ubot guys anyway. This shouldn't be something needing some ridiculous workarounds posted on this forum.

this can be done with move mouse and click in window commnads there is code for it on the forum somewhere you guys will have to look

Pftg4, thanks for your message, but that's exactly one of the ridiculous workaround I was talking about and what we're trying to avoid here.
