Make sure you dont have something loading on load thento make sure its not a plug in, disable them all and if all else fails what I did was uninstalled/reinstalled/deleted everything in appdata/roaming/ubot studio nothing worked. Wiped and reinstalled winblows. Its because of this error I keep daily backups of my os.You might be ok with a sys restore but I cant stand how flaky the os is after that.
