Hi, i have a question why my captcha service is not running in a compiled bot.  run in "script mode" locally that bot runs fine, i.e. captcha is solved and scrape of page.  all good.

when i compile the code and have moved the server on a remote server, the captcha behaves differently.  a captcha popup window pops up and nothing is entered.  the popup window is a behavior that is not done in the non compiled version of my script

any ideas, is this normal?

Your CAPTCHA service settings are saved to your computer (Appdata), so you need to set it for each PC once (in the compiled bot go to Tools->CAPTCHA Service Accounts...).

Please read the wiki for more info: http://wiki.ubotstud...i/Solve_CAPTCHA

"Running the script with a service selected will return the typed out results of the captcha into the field.

If a service is not selected, a window will pop up with the captcha image and a field for you to type the answer. The typed information is inserted into the text field for the captcha."

thank you very much. this solved it... i guess it makes sense, even if you sell a bot, someone has to enable (pay) for the captcha service. thanks for your help
