I GOT uBOT Now, before writing this topic I've read almost the "entire" forum, bookmarked all YouTube videos i thought could be useful and followed all resources there are to follow to help me get started... but still, i couldn't find the "starter" guide to fill out the first blank steps after purchasing the software... To begin learning fast I have just purchased the uBOT Standard, installed under my Windows 8 PRO x64 (i5 2.3Ghz - 8Gb RAM - nVidia Optimus 4Gb) and , off-course, will definitely go PRO and most likely DEV as soon as i find my way around it but need some help and advice with it: I have installed the uBOT and logged in with my credentials but the program still says that my account is not yet fully activate and for that i should call those US phone numbers... done that 10 hours ago but no answer and so i have left a message as stated on the message, though i'm from Spain and US Pacific time was 4am i think... 1. Can someone please confirm when exactly my uBOT will be fully activated and if the current status does affects my development and bots in any way !? Or, do i have to call again and when !? (i have registered / called with my home land-line number on Spain)!? 2. On my first experiment noticed that the compiled bot stops working (not always, but sometimes i receive a windows error saying that the program stopped working...) I have already checked and have latest updates in Flash, Java and .NET Frameworks. Anyways, i'm glad to be here and hope i'll be able to help around here at least a much as i find help. Thanks! merkaba 36 Posted April 6, 2013 Report Share Posted April 6, 2013 Not sure if this is the case, but usually if something stops working or a compiled bot crashes, something wasn't 'sound' in the code. I have bots that run for weeks at a time that simply don't crash. As for the phone call, they'll usually care to verify that you indeed purchase it. My first experiment was kinda kamikaze, it crashed but before that it did the job done As about the activation will wait a little more and probably will send a support ticket later today. (i.e on all my PCs i use Windows 8 PRO x64 and my projects sync through SkyDrive on all of them) Didn't tried yet, wanted to ask first before i do something wrong and possibly lock my account, but since i have to login with my own account on all installations (believe me i don't plan to leave no one touch my "precious" ) i was thinking that can be possible... or not !?
