Loop while (until innertext is displayed)

I need to run a loop until a pop up is displayed saying "You are unable to follow more people at this time".  What is the best way to accomplish this?

 

 

I have the following....(I have also tried != but I might have been placing it in the wrong location)

 

Loop while

     Condition to wait for {exist[innertext=You are unable to follow more people at this time.]}

 

     Click {xyz example}

 

 

 

I have also tried....

 

Loop while

     Condition to wait for{!=exist[innertext]

     Click

 

Loop while

     Condition to wait for{exist[innertext!=]}     DISPLAYS ERROR MESSAGE

Try

loop while($not($exists(<innertext="You are unable to follow more people at this time">))) {
DO SOMETHING HERE.
}

I think that will probably do the job.  Thanks for the help.
