post-6997-0-20339600-1358061125_thumb.jpgAloha all,

I thought I'd introduce myself immediately because I can see I'm going to need some help with this foreign language called uBot! I just watched some of the videos and yikes, this is like nothing I've ever done before. I not freaking out...I'm just tired and am going to study my eyelids for a while and then get back to work.

I figure learning how to use the studio takes some time...besides the tutorials...any other tips for this newbie??? I appreciate any and all comments, tips, and even just hellos....

Geez, I'm rambling...and a little excited about all of this!

Looking forward to meeting and working with some of you,

Hey John welcome to the ubot community

first of all i want to say that any newcomer to ubot studio gets the impression that ubot is very hard to learn , but thats not true , once you learn the basics , you will find ubot very easy to use !

Right, and it's also tradition that newcomers to the ubot forum treat everyone else to sushi ;)

Welcome to the forum. If you wanna learn ubot, then watch the videos on youtube and other videos that are available. Then, go and try to make your own bots. They won't be perfect, but if you do play around, it will eventually make sense. Ask questions if you are stuck, this forum is full of pro botters that can help you out!

PS- the ubotstudio wiki is also very nice, hope to see it fully updated soon.

Thanks for the welcomes and the tips and the tradition ...as far as sushi, we've got plenty of it here in Hawaii and if you happen to stop by Oahu, let me know.... I'm at 808-275-7805.

I'd be happy to take any botters to one of the many sushi bars we have.

now..back to the videos.

aloha!   watch lots of videos, read as much of the documentation as you can, and then just jump right in and start playing with it. Ask lots of questions here on the forum and in a couple of weeks you will be like damn I am the man.
